Nestled in the valley at the foot of three rising mountain ranges (the Rockies, the Purcells and the Selkirks), the Town of Golden is mostly accessible by foot and bicycle. The Rotary Trail networks its way through and around Town giving residents and visitors easy access to rivers, parks and trails. North America’s longest single span timber frame pedestrian bridge will take you over the Kicking Horse River and into Golden’s Downtown. For more information and to access a map, visit
